Every once in a while opera will crash and start repeatedly flashing superuser granted with no apparent reason, since no prompt is issued and I've never approved root access for anything remotely related to the browser. When trying to determine when this issue started, my thought is it could have something to do with the rootzip, or it could have nothing to do with that. Defrosting all system apps does not fix this problem. I'm getting some weird dns issues with opera mobile but not internet or chrome, on certain wifi networks but not all, and never over mobile data. So just for disclosure, my plans are to do a system reset then redo this list with all apps that are safe for removal, then post a separate list in the first comment for all apps that are not safe to remove. Also, NEVER disable your launcher if you only have one (default launcher is called TouchWiz home) - it can be safely frozen but only if and ONLY if you have a different stable launcher in its place. So be smart about it - if you turn off VPN for example and you actually need to use it then it's not going to work - when in doubt, leave the system app alone until you know what it does. My safe-to-remove list is essentially a compendium of other people's safe-to-remove lists for a few different devices (*almost* zero guesswork involved!) and so far no issues over here, but as always,If you turn off system apps that you actually do need then you might have a very perplexing experience trying to sort out what exactly did you do to throw your phone off-balance - or your phone might not even work at all. Well I used Titanium Backup Pro to freeze pretty much every single system app I didn't need running and could safely disable without causing problems. So tonight I just broke the 1200 MB available ram barrier and I'm going to share how I did it.
